hey..mrs tan our sch principal treated the whole sch to watch the movie "coach carter"...wow..800plus ppl in the cinemas..the whole theathe was ours..hahahah...i tell u the movie was very touching..i cried about 3 times..nearly burst out crying the 2nd time..hee..It's abt a coach teaching a bunch of basketballer whose academic results were damn poor..at least some were not..they were arrogant..shown no respect for teachers...or watsoever....but this coach..ken carter..changed them and taught them things..he shut down the gym just cos they didn't progress in class as expected in the contract they signed..so coach carter locked up the gym till they improve in class...then they kept winning matches....so they're proud lah..but then in the end..they lost to st. francis which was the ex-school of the coach's son...but they are still happy...these young guys ended up in universities and colleges..cos of carter's wise teaching...it's a very educative movie indeed...but some ppl dun tink so..they say boring or wat lah..jus cos it's abt teachers and students again..but i love tis movie hope i can watch it again..hee.tat's all...
